The motif on the crispbread (knäckebröd) shows Rustam killing the dragon with his horse Rakhsh in one of the seven episodes about Rustam's heroic deeds.
The story is taken from the Persian Shahnameh which is translated to "The Book of Kings" in English.
The book was written by the Persian poet Ferdowsi.
